Ozarka College in Mammoth Spring, Arkansas will host "Herbs in the Kitchen " a continuing education course on Friday, May 24 from 10:00 AM until 11:30 AM. The class will be taught by Robin Moore, who is a certified community herbalist. In this class students will learn how to relieve symptoms from colds, flu, and digestive upset. Students will learn what herbal remedies to make with ingredients found in their own pantries, and this class will help them become confident in using herbs in everyday life to improve their health.The cost is $20.00 for participants less than 60 years of age, and $16.00 for participants 60 years of age and older (includes herbal kit).
