Ozarka College in Melbourne, Arkansas will offer another round of cardio circuit classes through continuing education, beginning in October and new students are welcome. There will be two sessions available; session A will begin at 4:15 p.m. and session B will begin at 5:15 p.m. All classes will be taught by Crystal Nicholson and will meet in the John E. Miller Education Complex, room C106, on October 3, 10, 17 and 24.The one-hour courses will cover a variety of cardio, strength, and flexibility activities with circuit style training. They will offer intervals of high intensity combined with short rests to keep the heart rate up for maximum calorie burn in the shortest amount of time. "Participants will gain or enhance their individual cardio conditioning, along with strength and a great sense of accomplishment, " said Crystal Nicholson, Ozarka College cardio circuit class instructor. "They should expect to have a great time, in an encouraging environment, while exercising to achieve maximum results. " The classes are open to all fitness levels and modifications are available. The cost of four classes is $20 for participants who have a membership to the Ozarka College Fitness Center. The cost for non-members will be $40.
