Smith Receives John E. Miller Memorial Scholarship

Lucas Smith, an Ozarka College general education student from Franklin, Arkansas, has received the John E. Miller Memorial scholarship. This scholarship was established to honor the late John E. Miller, former state representative. Representative Miller began his 40 years of service after being elected to the Arkansas House of Representatives in 1958.  Smith will receive $500 to be applied to the fall 2016 semester and another $500 for spring 2017.
