Ozarka College - Mammoth Spring will offer a six-week Introduction to HVAC continuing education course, beginning in November. Topics covered will include airflow, capacitors, ductwork sizing/design, EPA certification test preparation, gas furnaces, heat pumps, LP gas, refrigeration gauges, static pressures, super heat readings, testing system components, volt/ohms, and wiring.
The course runs from November 8 through December 15, meeting on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Tuition is $200.00 per student and includes a textbook participants keep after the course concludes.
