Ozarka College is pleased to announce Angela Phipps as the new campus director at Ozarka College - Ash Flat. Phipps began her career at Ozarka as an administrative assistant to the director of aviation, then was promoted to associate director of advancement.Jason Lawrence, Ozarka College Vice President of Administration, commented, "Angela's previous managerial experience, as well as her most recent experience at Ozarka in both academics and advancement have prepared her to excel in this new assignment. " "I have a passion for Ozarka College students and believe in our mission to provide life-changing experience through education, " said Phipps. "I am excited to be a part of Sharp and Fulton County and look forward to serving these communities. " Phipps has a BFA in Painting from Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, GA. In her spare time, she makes rustic cutting boards and serving trays from different native woods and enjoys doing oil and watercolor paintings. She and husband, Mike, also love to garden. ![]()
