Ozarka College in Mammoth Spring will offer a cook smart, eat smart, and stretch your food dollar seminar on May 18, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Participants will learn how to prepare simple, healthy and delicious food for the whole family, all while stretching their grocery budget.The seminar will be presented by the University of Arkansas' Fulton County Extension Office and is free to the public.
