Ozarka College in Mountain View will host Studio Art courses to be offered through continuing education. These four-week courses, being taught by Leah Balowski, will meet on Mondays and Wednesdays from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. There will also be an evening class meeting on Tuesdays from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.The first section of this course will run from August 29 through September 21. Additional class dates are available September 26 through October 19; October 24 through November 16; and November 28 through December 21. While taking these courses, students can enjoy creating a wide variety of art in any choice of medium in a comfortable environment with an able instructor available to assist with creative problem solving, encouragement, and art history. The tuition for the Monday and Wednesday class is $35.00 per student, $30.00 for ages 60 and over. Tuition for the Tuesday evening class is $25 per student, $20 for ages 60 and over.
