John Chiaromonte will conduct a CEU course at Ozarka College in Mountain View, beginning September 23. This six-week course will begin with the viewing of, "With One Voice", that runs approximately two hours. The remaining five sessions will be approximately one hour in length and will include a PowerPoint presentation covering some element of spirituality and the practical application in daily life of the various spiritual disciplines. These sessions will be followed by 30 minutes of group meditation and discussion. Each course will occur on Tuesday at 6:00 PM and is free to the public."We will explore the nature of Spirituality within a variety of religious traditions," said John Chiaromonte, Practical Spirituality CEU instructor. "During the course, we will look at and practice spiritual disciplines common to all religious traditions. These include sitting meditation, walking meditation and the use of prayer beads among other discipline for enriching our spiritual journey."
