Are you wanting something new and different this year to spice up your traditional Thanksgiving meal? Are you looking to turn out a dinner your family and friends will remember all year? Then join Ozarka College for an evening of wonderful fall food smells and tastes on Thursday, Nov. 14, from 5 - 9 p.m. as we take your Thanksgiving turkey to a new level. This continuing education course will be taught by Chef Lou Rice, Ozarka College culinary lead chef and instructor, on the Melbourne campus, located at 218 College Dr. in Melbourne.The cost is $25 per person and is discounted to $20 for those over age 60. The fee will include all food and cooking supplies needed for the course. Seating is limited to 20.
